Requirements
4+ years of consulting experience (strategy, management or technology consulting), ideally with exposure to AI, data, or digital transformation
Proven project ownership — at least workstream or subproject leadership
Confident client management at both C-level and project-lead level, not just one of the two
Substantial technical understanding (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, cloud vs. on-premise) — ideally evidenced in your work history (optional)
Experience presenting and teaching to groups — live sessions in AI business coaching, online events, workshops with many participants. Demonstrated by project presentations, teaching formats, or comparable experience (optional)
Methodological depth in change management
Openness to our operating model, rather than insisting on your own methodology
Business-fluent German, good English
