Lead the trademark and design law department, currently comprising 4 staff members
Oversee trademark and design law business internally and externally for the entire firm
Responsible for growth and expansion of the trademark and design law practice area
Acquire new clients and deepen engagement with existing clients
Represent the trademark and design law practice externally
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations

Completed law degree
Relevant professional experience in trademark and design law
Experience with prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings
Drafting and reviewing contracts with third parties to protect trademark portfolios
Handling infringement proceedings at pre-litigation and court levels
Initiating proceedings before the relevant authorities and courts
Strong communication skills
Leadership and management skills
