Role Overview
- You will take ownership across the entire growth engine: Meta Ads & performance marketing
- Creative strategy
- Ad copy & hooks
- Landing pages & funnels
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
- Shopify optimisation
- Growth experiments & testing
- Building and managing a creative team
- You'll work directly with the founder and help shape the systems, playbooks and processes that drive growth
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC e-commerce
- Strong Shopify experience
- Strong Meta Ads experience
- Experience analysing ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and funnel performance
- Ability to write copy, identify winning hooks and evaluate creatives
- Excellent English communication skills
- High accountability and ownership mentality
- No Shopify experience
- No Meta Ads experience
- Poor written English
- Frequent job hopping
- Lack of data literacy
- Looking for a management-only role
