Lead and optimize content creation workflows, overseeing asset development from brief through delivery.
Translate complex business objectives into precise creative briefs, defining clear goals, target audiences, KPIs, and technical specifications.
Ensure flawless execution of all creative assets by rigorously reviewing for brand compliance, legal/regulatory requirements, localization (PT-BR), and platform-specific specifications across channels (IG, TikTok, YT, X, Twitch, OOH, CRM).
Proactively manage and track production calendars, coordinating the collaborative efforts of agency partners and internal design/motion teams.
Strategically traffic creative work, balancing competing priorities and optimizing team capacity.
Develop comprehensive toolkits and deliverables for creators, media, and sponsorship partners, and coordinate with the Acquisition team on proofs and reporting assets.
Establish and maintain a highly organized asset folder system, including naming conventions, usage rights, and expiration dates.
Drive efficient Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings, provide timely production updates, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and align dependencies across Social, Growth, and CRM teams.
Champion continuous process improvement by documenting key learnings and optimizing templates and checklists to enhance efficiency and output.
Requirements
3-5 years of proven experience in content or creative production, project coordination, or marketing operations, preferably within fast-paced agency or brand environments.
Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex timelines, prioritizing effectively, and multitasking across concurrent projects.
Solid understanding of social and digital formats and creative specifications, with strong familiarity with Adobe and Figma workflows (design expertise not required, but a keen eye for detail and process is essential).
Extensive experience collaborating with agencies, creators, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Highly detail-oriented with proactive communication skills; comfortable leading stand-ups and WIPs, and adept at navigating dynamic environments.
Fluency in English and/or Spanish to enable seamless communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
