Responsible for supporting those living with HIV and the Matthew 25 team to ensure that patients are assessed for housing needs and are connected to housing resources as applicable.
Accomplish this by utilizing Matthew 25’s Kentucky Ryan White Part B housing funds, and funds derived from Kentucky HUD housing programs, HOPWA and HOME TBRA.
Provide support to clients who are at-risk for homelessness and those who are homeless.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
Interpersonal skills and ability to engage and work effectively with diverse staff and client population is required.
Leadership experience in the workplace setting, minimum of 2 years preferred.
Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.
