Own hands-on tagging in Tealium iQ

5+ years in tag management/MarTech/analytics engineering
3+ years hands-on with Tealium iQ and strong JavaScript skills
Demonstrated experience designing and deploying GDPR/CCPA-compliant consent and exclusion systems across web and mobile
Practical knowledge of CMPs (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc), IAB TCF, and GPC
Proven ability to architect and operate tag meta-monitoring with ObservePoint
Experience supporting AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) implementations or migrations
Strong background in data layer design and governance
Hands-on experience with mobile tagging and SDKs
Familiarity with digital advertising/MarTech ecosystems and integrations
Proficiency with debugging and testing tools
Experience with Agile tools and DevOps practices
