You design and implement AI-powered features in our SaaS product — from LLM integrations and RAG applications to intelligent automations.
You identify, together with Product, Sales, Customer Success and other teams, where AI can create real value in our company — and implement the most promising ideas.
You make informed decisions about which models, frameworks and patterns (e.g. Function Calling, Retrieval, Agents) are appropriate for which use cases — always balancing cost, performance and maintainability.
You actively use AI tools in your day-to-day development (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude) and contribute ideas on how the whole team can become more efficient — from Engineering to Sales to Support.
You rapidly build prototypes to test new AI ideas and decide with the team which ones should move into production.
You actively share your knowledge of AI trends, new models and best practices with the team and help expand our company-wide AI expertise.
You work closely with Product Management, engineering teams and other departments to turn real problems into smart AI solutions.
Requirements
You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a comparable qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
You have already worked with LLM APIs (e.g. Anthropic, Gemini) and understand concepts such as Prompt Engineering, Function Calling and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
You are proficient in at least one modern programming language (ideally C#/.NET) and can independently deliver production-ready features.
You can identify where AI creates genuine value and where it does not.
You can explain technical topics clearly — including to non-technical colleagues in Sales, Support or Management.
You have a solid understanding of clean code and modern software architectures, even when working in prototyping mode in the AI space.
For you, AI is neither a hype nor a threat but an integral part of modern software development — and you want to continuously develop your skills and ways of working with new technologies.
You actively participate in meetings, think proactively and share your ideas.
