Art Director, Social & Creator Marketing

Role Overview

• You develop visual concepts and social-first ideas for influencer and social media campaigns for national and international B2C brands
• You set creative standards for our brands and are responsible for the visual quality of our output
• You translate current social trends and insights into compelling social-first narratives, including influencer and creator concepts
• You design platform-native assets for our clients’ channels, from always-on to campaign, from Reels to static posts
• You know how to translate brand codes natively into social formats so they don’t look like ads
• You have a strong sense for platform aesthetics and trends and know when and how to apply them
• You brief and manage creators, photographers and production teams
• You work closely with Strategy, Project Management and the Social Media team
• You develop moodboards, storyboards and styleframes for pitches and productions

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as an Art Director with a clear focus on social media and creator marketing
• A strong portfolio of social-first projects that speaks for itself
• You actively consume social platforms and identify trends before they become mainstream
• Experience working with different brand codes and adapting them appropriately for various client accounts and platforms
• Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, as well as common editing tools
• Very good German and English, both spoken and written
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment
