- Management of administrative onboarding for hires
- Responsibility for office management and service providers
- Support for organizing internal events
- Recruitment support including application reviews and campaigns
- Research on HR topics to keep the team up to date
Requirements
- Student in Bac+2 to Bac+5 (HR, Assistant, Management)
- Rigorous and organized with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and French
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements
- Based in Paris
