Actively manage the sales pipeline within Salesforce.com, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and discipline. Produce consistent, accurate forecasts and drive accountability to reliably deliver business objectives.
Identify and pursue new markets and applications, working closely with partners to deliver tailored, value-driven building solutions.
Lead negotiations, manage sales cycles, and ensure win-win outcomes for customers, partners, and Honeywell.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to continuously refine strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
Coach and mentor a team of senior sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.
Partner with cross-functional sales leaders to unlock synergies and deliver integrated solutions that elevate customer value.
Requirements
Post-secondary education preferably in electrical engineering/IT/fire alarm system
5+ years of experience in channel sales or account management within building automation or related technologies
5+ years of experience in Building Management Systems, integration, and automation technologies
Valid G Drivers' License
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
Proven ability to design and execute strategies that drive growth and partner engagement
Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools
Bilingualism (French & English)
Strong track record building and scaling partner ecosystems
Knowledge of smart building trends (IoT, energy management, digital transformation)
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
Excellent team and communication skills
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
Local engagement in industry-specific organizations e.g. ASHRAE, etc
