Partner with Product and Design to evolve our design system.
Make our design system effortless to consume.
Lead platform initiatives like framework upgrades and shared library evolution.
Own the migration of legacy components to our v2 design system.
Establish patterns that let engineers ship new pages and flows quickly.
Improve developer experience through shared tooling, automation, documentation, and workflows.
Identify and eliminate the friction points that slow builders down.

Significant experience building production software, including a focus on frontend systems
Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals with deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
React Native or mobile experience.
Experience working closely with designers and modern design systems.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development: Cursor, Claude, or similar.
You've connected design systems to prototyping tools, AI coding environments, or engineering pipelines.
You operate well in an eng org.
