Supporting the Reconstruction sales team across your assigned Montana territory and hospital accounts
Coordinating surgical cases including scheduling, inventory management and ensuring product availability
Providing technical support in the operating room by observing procedures and guiding surgical teams on instrumentation and implants
Building trusted relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and key stakeholders
Collaborating with teammates to execute territory plans and deliver revenue growth
Managing logistics and administrative responsibilities with strong attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience preferred
Strong ability to learn and apply complex clinical and technical information
Proven relationship building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
Highly organized, detail oriented and adaptable to changing schedules including early mornings and evenings
Self motivated and results driven with a strong team mindset
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory including 2 to 4 overnights per month
