Senior Warehouse Inventory Manager

Role Overview

• Lead inventory operations within a fast-paced distribution environment
• Ensure inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse processes
• Maintain strong inventory controls and drive operational excellence across the facility
• Manage large-scale inventory programs and lead warehouse teams
• Analyze inventory performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred
• Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
• Five (5) years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports required
• Three (3) years or more Profit & Loss responsibility preferred
• One (1) year or more customer interaction preferred
