Owns packaging design from concept through production
Partners with marketing and manufacturing teams to keep visual systems consistent across packaging, retail, and campaign assets
Presents creative direction to internal stakeholders
Ensures packaging serves as a strong first impression of the brand and design systems that hold together across every channel

3+ years of experience in packaging design, brand design, or creative direction
Demonstrated portfolio of shipped packaging work across consumer electronics, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG categories
Working knowledge of packaging structural design, materials, and print production processes (dielines, substrates, ink types)
Experience developing and extending brand identity systems across packaging, retail, and marketing touchpoints
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for packaging production and brand collateral
Experience briefing and directing external creative or production vendors
English at C1+ CEFR level (client-facing stakeholder presentation required)
