Own end‑to‑end tooling spend tracking for ACS programs (fixtures, molds, test equipment, manufacturing tooling).
Track projected vs actual tooling costs, ensuring alignment with RFQs, POs, and supplier commitments.
Maintain tooling trackers and ensure monthly reconciliation of actuals vs forecasts.
Identify tooling timing risks, overruns, or under‑utilization and flag early to stakeholders.
Support monthly flash and quarterly outlook related to tooling spend.
Determine and support tooling accruals based on HP’s liability, contract terms, and evidence.
Work with Supply Chain and Accounting to ensure tooling costs are booked in the correct period.
Track alliance funding agreements tied to ACS programs.
Monitor inflows, offsets, repayments, or cost‑sharing elements linked to partner funding.
Ensure alliance funding is reflected correctly in forecasts, actuals, and spend mitigation plans.
