Ensure all personnel are properly badged while on site and wearing the appropriate credential correctly.
Maintain a direct line of sight of all uncleared personnel and ensure the integrity of the secure construction site.
Ensure all personnel being escorted within the site are abiding by all security requirements and report a security concern to the Site Security Manager (SSM) immediately.
Ensure that only authorized personnel, vehicles, and/or materials are introduced into or onto the construction site.

3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
Must currently possess and be able to maintain a DoD secret clearance
Knowledge of basic security principles, access control procedures, and restricted area protocols.
Strong situational awareness and the ability to maintain focus in dynamic or high activity environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to give clear instructions and enforce rules professionally.
Ability to maintain composure, use sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of standing or walking for extended periods while maintaining continuous line of sight supervision.
Ability to interact effectively with construction personnel, contractors, visitors, and security leadership.
