Registered Nurse Manager, Nursing Support Services

Role Overview

• Provide direct oversight and coordination of float staffing resources for nursing gaps at all PACE sites
• Oversee the day-to-day nursing operation processes for onsite specialty services
• Conduct quality assurance and compliance audits
• Manage ordering, inventory, and maintenance of clinic equipment and supplies
• Support ongoing oversight to onsite provider vendors' workflow and coordination of care delivery

Requirements

• California Board of Registered Nurses, licensed and active
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Public Health preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a registered nurse
• 3-5 years in nursing management in a healthcare setting required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare organization(s) with Title XXII licensing regulations and/or elderly/geriatric population
• Experience working with nursing, social work, psychology, recreational therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, medicine, and/or gerontology
• Valid BLS certification or higher following AHA or American Red Cross guidelines
