Collaborates with program managers, project managers, and project teams to gather information, model system requirements, and document detailed specifications across content management platforms and their integrations
Leads requirements and scope definition for content management initiatives
Develops and implements automated system protocols that reduce manual processes and increase overall operational efficiency
Develops workflow charts and diagrams to study system capabilities and write detailed specifications
Manages dependencies and coordinates across multiple business and technical groups to ensure content, integrations, and records obligations are addressed

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience that includes designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and/or maintaining applications, or configuring and using application software in a business setting
Provides requirements guidance to program managers, project managers, and project teams
Strong requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation skills
Experience using AI-powered tools to improve documentation, analysis, testing, or delivery
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision-making.
