Role Overview
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment
- Partner with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Replace parts, recommend system improvements, and deliver excellent customer service
- Follow safety protocols, document service work, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations (nights and weekends)
- EPA, CFESA, or other technical certifications (preferred)
- Experience working with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment (preferred)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
