You align with the product strategy, derive precise goals and problem spaces from it, and ensure transparency and alignment within the team.
You lead continuous Product Discovery (research, hypotheses, experiments), prioritize based on customer benefit, business value and risk, and make well-founded decisions.
You proactively and systematically capture requirements, maintain a value-oriented backlog and plan iterative releases together with Engineering, Design and stakeholders.
You continuously question the team's ways of working and proactively introduce process improvements (e.g. through automation or AI tools).
You moderate problem spaces rather than solution requests, manage expectations, and make strategy, progress and risks clear and comprehensible.
You define KPI targets (outcomes rather than output), ensure impact measurement and are accountable for the success of your initiatives, including review and course correction.
Requirements
Several years of experience in product management or a comparable role, strong in discovery, processes, structure, prioritization and agile ways of working.
You bring excellent structuring and analytical skills and produce high-quality requirements (e.g. PRDs, user stories, process documentation, success measurement).
You navigate complex system logic, APIs, data flows and technical dependencies — not as a developer, but as a confident interface between domain and engineering.
You can explain complex topics clearly, represent priorities decisively and moderate constructively — also and especially in cases of conflicting goals.
You use AI actively to make your work more efficient and better and are willing to learn new tools and approaches.
You are curious and broadly interested in new approaches, methods and technologies.
You make decisions based on data and hypotheses, take responsibility for results and work independently and transparently.
