About this role
Role Overview
Own and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and up-to-date contact and company records.
Build and manage workflows, sequences, deal stages, and reporting dashboards within HubSpot.
Produce regular sales performance reports covering pipeline health, conversion rates, activity metrics, and revenue forecasting.
Analyse outbound data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Track and report on outbound activity, appointment conversion rates, and lead quality.
Answer inbound calls in a professional and timely manner, serving as a knowledgeable first point of contact.
Work in close partnership with the Marketing Coordinator to align marketing-generated leads with the sales pipeline.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing HubSpot CRM, including workflows, pipelines, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear, concise findings.
Experience in outbound sales support, appointment setting, or lead qualification.
Confident and professional communicator, comfortable handling inbound calls.
High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach to work.
Ability to collaborate effectively across sales and marketing functions.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
