developing the careers of the teams working with and reporting to you
leading operational transformation change projects, taking the leadership role in mixed PwC/ client teams
Requirements
significant experience gained from within one of the other Big 4 Consulting practices or similar large Consulting organisations
track record of consulting related sales within the AWM industry
ability to shape and sell consulting propositions around platform modernisation, technology-enabled operating model change
experience working with major investment management platform vendors, service providers, custodians, and technology partners across complex implementation or transformation programmes
strong front to back functional and operational understanding of the role of all of the key players in the AWM value chain and across the lifecycle of a trade
familiarity with other key systems and infrastructure used by Asset Management businesses across their front
to -back investment processes
