Role Overview
- Data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Work with retail and e-commerce systems.
- Implementation of data processes on AWS and other technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in data manipulation and statistical modeling (Python, SQL, PySpark);
- Experience with Git and version control;
- Strong experience in data science;
- Experience with retail systems, especially inventory processes, reservations, holds, availability, and integration with e-commerce;
- Knowledge of Oracle Retail, RMS, or legacy back-office systems;
- Experience with high-volume data in MongoDB;
- Experience with AWS, OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes;
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture;
- Experience with batch processes, workers, queues, and message reprocessing;
- Knowledge of monitoring with Datadog, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or similar tools;
- Desired:
- Experience with agile methodologies;
- Experience with AWS (Glue, S3, SageMaker, Lambda, among others);
- Experience with optimization problems
