Analyze data related to billing, revenue, and operational performance;
Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement;
Translate data into insights to support leadership decision-making;
Develop, monitor, maintain, update, and evolve KPIs and reports for the area (e.g., billing, cancellations, revenue fluctuations, operational efficiency);
Automate recurring reports to reduce manual work, preferably using AI;
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency of the datasets used;
Identify data inconsistencies and propose process improvements;
Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives;
Create scalable models and solutions for data analysis.
Requirements
Advanced Excel;
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, dashboards, or similar);
Experience in data analysis and building indicators/KPIs;
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress);
Strong data interpretation and insight communication skills;
Knowledge of English or Spanish (a plus);
Knowledge of back-office routines (billing, revenue, accounting) (a plus).
