Role Overview
- Lead the monthly strategy conversation with the business owner
- Record concise Loom updates that explain performance without drowning the client in dashboards
- Translate the Results First plan into clear recommendations
- Coordinate internal specialists running Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and website work
- Diagnose where the real bottleneck lives when results lag
Requirements
- 5–10 years of digital marketing experience, ideally with multi-client or agency exposure
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales pipelines (GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus)
- Comfort with spreadsheets and unit-economics thinking
- Experience speaking directly with business owners, not just marketing managers
