Role Overview
- Oversee all pricing analysis within the Thailand and Philippines Business units
- Control and guide all pricing proposals for new business
- Ensure pricing adjustments on existing SKUs align with contract and strategic goals
- Maintain a pricing template and history database
- Responsible for accurate costing report including costing variances
- Forecast pricing based on relevant indices and foreign exchange
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quantitative standards
- Ensure pricing decisions are made with the best quality data and analysis
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for leakages and cost-saving initiatives
- Review accuracy of standard cost and report standard cost variances
- Review Growth CAPEX projects that involve new customers and business opportunities.
Requirements
- B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- Advanced degree preferred
- CMA or CPA preferred
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and corporate financial policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
- At least 6 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-4 years of relevant manufacturing accounting experience
