2–4 years' experience in crypto operations, treasury, trading support, or fintech payments.
Strong knowledge of blockchain networks, stablecoins, gas fees, and exchange mechanics.
Hands-on experience with blockchain explorers, wallets, and rate-monitoring tools.
Analytical mindset with sensitivity to market movements.
High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial data.
