Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects

Demonstrated ability to lead projects during significant business transformations, including M&A integration and organizational change management
Experience in on-prem to SaaS migrations, particularly for internal use software and Office 365
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and data centre migrations
Familiarity with security solutions, compliance, and governance frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Ability to influence and drive consensus among stakeholders with varying priorities
Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills to identify potential project risks and develop effective strategies
Ability to manage project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial accountability
