Develop training materials including product guides, FAQs, job aids, presentations, and eLearning modules
Create structured content to support product launches and ongoing sales training initiatives
Translate complex product and clinical information into clear, easy-to-understand materials
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment
Support the creation and maintenance of centralized knowledge hubs and training resources
Utilize tools such as Articulate (Rise 360) and other platforms to develop eLearning content
Incorporate feedback to continuously improve content quality, clarity, and effectiveness
Assist with onboarding and training support as needed
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of compounding pharmacy sales experience within the organization
Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
High level of accountability, initiative, and willingness to learn
Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
Must be aligned with Central Standard Time (CST) working hours regardless of location
Experience creating training materials, presentations, or learning content (Preferred)
Exposure to instructional design principles or eLearning tools (Articulate, LMS platforms, etc.) (Preferred)
Familiarity with AI tools or interest in leveraging AI for content development (Preferred)
Experience in sales enablement, training, or customer-facing environments (Preferred)
