You lead and develop our People Operations team, providing both professional and line management, and foster the individual development of your team members
You ensure smooth execution of all operational People Operations processes from onboarding to offboarding and guarantee high service quality
You optimize and standardize HR processes together with your team and the relevant departments, and continuously advance our HR systems landscape
You identify efficiency opportunities and ensure our People Operations are scalable, sustainable and future-proof
You work closely with the Head of People OPS, implement strategic initiatives within the team and contribute your own ideas for further developing the People function
You support your team with complex labor law questions, special personnel cases and demanding operational challenges
You are responsible for the quality of our operational processes, oversee preparatory (including international) payroll activities and use KPIs for continuous improvement
You ensure that our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, tracked and continuously developed
Requirements
You have several years of professional experience in People Operations, HR administration or a comparable generalist HR role
You already have leadership experience or have successfully led teams functionally and are ready to take the next step
You have experience supporting blue-collar employees or working in a blue-collar environment
You possess a solid understanding of operational HR processes and labor law issues
You have experience optimizing processes, identifying efficiency potentials and implementing sustainable improvements
You think analytically, act pragmatically and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
You are able to bring people along, delegate responsibility and develop a high-performing team
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
You communicate confidently in German and English
