Ensure operational management of the scope: prioritize topics, secure execution, monitor progress and quality of delivery
Serve as the first-level point of contact for day-to-day operational questions within the team
Ensure monitoring and evaluation of team performance: clarify expectations, track achievement of objectives, anticipate risks of underperformance and activate appropriate measures
Act as the link between the Head of HRBP and HRBPs: communicate decisions and escalate early warning signals
Identify development needs (skills, behaviors, methods) and propose suitable actions
Requirements
Proven experience as an HRBP, ideally in a high-growth environment
Management experience and ability to develop a team (coaching, setting standards, structuring)
Strong stakeholder management skills: influence, challenge, engage and create alignment
