Financial Planning & Analysis: You support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
Business Analysis & Performance Management: You translate operational and financial KPIs into clear, actionable recommendations.
Stakeholder Management & Processes: You work closely with Accounting, Supply Chain, and Purchasing.
You actively drive digitalization and automation initiatives.
Project Work & CFO Support: You support the CFO on strategic special projects — from ERP and reporting projects to assisting with audits and bank meetings.

3–5 years of professional experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance or Controlling
You identify patterns and relationships in numbers and can explain them clearly to others
Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP and BI systems
Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting are part of your daily routine, not exceptions
You work in a structured, independent manner — you do not require close supervision
You communicate clearly, including when speaking with non-finance colleagues
You have very good German skills and are confident in English.
