Senior Management Analyst – Process Improvement Analyst

Role Overview

• Support organizational studies, process evaluation, systems and procedure design, work simplification, measurement studies, and procedure manual development.
• Help improve program operations, methodology, documentation, and management efficiency in a government environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or another business-related field.
• Demonstrated experience conducting organizational studies and evaluations.
• Demonstrated experience designing systems and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience conducting work simplification and measurement studies.
• Demonstrated experience preparing operations and procedure manuals in a government environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Ability to complete IRS suitability / staff-like access requirements.
