About this role
Role Overview
- Own and actively shape infrastructure processes
- Provide disciplinary and technical leadership for the Developer Experience (DevEx) team
- Optimize the first-responder process
- Continuously evolve the infrastructure to strengthen IT security
- Ensure all procedures align with compliance certifications
- Drive improvements to engineering productivity and internal standards
Requirements
- Have built, operated, and evolved complex production systems
- Developer mindset: solve problems with solid tools, clear processes, and meaningful automation
- Comfortable working in a modern cloud landscape centered on AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Airflow, Prometheus, Go, Python, Kotlin, React, GitLab, and Atlassian tools
- Provide clarity and guidance and listen actively — the success of team members is central
- Bonus: experience with ISO 27001, BSI C5, or SOC 2; German language skills are helpful but not required.
