You analyze each person's situation and qualification needs and find the right training together with them.
You accompany your prospects from the first contact through to successful enrollment, ensuring a trustworthy customer journey.
You demonstrate empathetic, solution-oriented advice and deliver high counseling quality without cold calling.
You work closely with our PreSales, Sales Support and educational counseling teams to ensure smooth processes.
You carefully document your counseling sessions in our CRM system and keep an eye on your sales metrics.
You contribute ideas to optimize our counseling and sales processes and develop them together with your team.

Several years of experience in consultative sales, ideally in the education, services or consulting sector
Enjoy supporting people on their career paths and providing individualized guidance
Strong closing orientation and a good sense for the needs of your prospects
Excellent communication skills, empathy and persuasiveness
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
Confident use of CRM systems and common MS Office applications
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Experience in the education or further training sector is a plus
Knowledge of funding options (e.g. Bildungsgutschein — education voucher, Qualifizierungschancengesetz — Qualification Opportunities Act)
Experience in telephone sales or inside sales
Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
