Role Overview
- Coordinate customers' transport orders and demanding documents
- Support customers in their various inquiries and solve problem cases related to transportation
- Implement and develop customer relationships
- Handle dangerous goods and special cargo shipments
- Apply country
- and port-specific rules and regulations
- Coordinate with CMA CGM’s global network whenever needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service work from shipping or logistics industry
- Relevant degree in logistics, supply chain management or another related field
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work both with accuracy and efficiency
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems, even in rather complex situations
- English and Latvian language skills to communicate fluently with local and global stakeholders
- Good IT skills (MS Office) and ability to learn new IT systems.
