About this role
Role Overview
- Improve communication with our tax advisor and reduce information loss in accounting
- Prepare and provide up-to-date BWA (monthly management) reports for executive management
- Build and further develop reporting and budgeting to improve corporate control
- Increase overall efficiency and ensure a functioning, forward-looking finance organization
- Integrate and roll out the new system with a clear focus on digitalization
- Provide current financial data for existing countries and support the integration of additional locations
- Assist in resolving open items and arranging payments
- Support the establishment of new sites
Requirements
- Several years of experience in finance management or accounting
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
- Strong affinity for digitalization and system implementation
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to work into operational details
- Reliability and the experience to act as a peer-level point of contact for the team and executive management
- Ability to think strategically and implement pragmatically
- Business-fluent English required — unless you have French language skills
