About this role
Role Overview
Acquisition of new corporate customers and bringing existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage
Management of the full acquisition process — from lead generation through analysis of the client’s insurance portfolio to presentation
Independent management of commercial clients (minimum: companies of approx. 50 employees) in the non-life/composite lines, with support from the internal sales team
Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
Active participation in shaping the company using our OKR methodology — e.g., contributing to digitalization or the optimization of internal processes
Requirements
Several years of experience at an insurance broker or insurance agency
Experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate customers
Solid knowledge of composite/non-life lines (e.g., industrial fire/property, liability) — excluding motor, life, and health
Completed vocational training in insurance / Insurance Specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
