Requirements
Education & qualifications: You have completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or hold a degree in a relevant field, e.g.: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance / Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering or comparable programs with a focus on insurance.
Professional experience: You have 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance environment, ideally in a management consultancy or an insurance company.
Professional skills: Ideally you have expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), digitization, workflow and input management, Lean Management or process optimization.
Independence & initiative: You work autonomously, organize your projects independently and proactively contribute your own ideas.
Digital competence: You are proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital tools for project management and presentations.
