Handle support tickets at N1 and N2 levels.
Analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents within SLA timeframes.
Develop, fix and maintain applications using .NET.
Support development and maintenance tasks for Java applications when required.
Perform root cause analysis and propose improvements to prevent incident recurrence.
Log and monitor tickets, keeping technical documentation up to date.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure service continuity.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support and development processes.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience developing with .NET (C# and ASP.NET).
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server or similar).
Experience with corrective and evolutionary maintenance of systems.
Familiarity with source code versioning (Git).
Strong analytical skills for investigation and problem resolution.
Organized, with a sense of priorities and focus on meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of Java development.
Experience with ServiceNow.
Experience in application maintenance/support environments (AMS).
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Experience with system integrations and REST APIs.
