Financial Closing and Reconciliations: Execute and validate bank and financial reconciliations, ensuring data integrity, as well as lead the monthly financial close and support controllership and accounting.
Financial Analysis: Prepare cash flow analyses, financial results and bank transaction reviews, identifying variances, risks and opportunities, and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
Budget Planning: Participate in the preparation, monitoring and revision of the annual budget (budget), forecasts and financial projections, tracking budget execution and supporting decision-making.
Cost Management: Analyze costs, expenses and financial indicators, proposing initiatives to optimize resources, reduce costs and increase profitability.
Invoicing, Collections and Credit: Supervise invoicing, credit, collections and delinquency management processes, ensuring efficient receivables and mitigation of financial risks.
Management Reporting: Develop and present management reports, dashboards and financial analyses to provide strategic support to the board and business units.
Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define, monitor and analyze financial and operational indicators, tracking the area’s performance and proposing action plans for continuous improvement.
Institutional and Stakeholder Relations: Work directly with financial institutions, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders in negotiations, financial arrangements and contract management.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure financial processes comply with internal policies, accounting standards, applicable legislation and internal and external audit requirements.
Continuous Improvement and Projects: Lead process improvement initiatives, automation, implementation of internal controls and optimization of financial systems, promoting greater efficiency, security and reliability of information.
Strategic Support: Serve as the technical reference for the finance area, supporting leadership in strategy definition, decision-making and the development of financial management best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields.
Proven experience in the financial area.
