You independently and punctually prepare the monthly payroll accounting for our clients
You are the central contact for all payroll-related matters, manage complex challenges together with our clients, and collaboratively optimize their payroll processes
You coordinate communication with relevant parties such as authorities, health insurers, and social insurance institutions
You also support your colleagues internally with payroll-related matters for our clients
In addition to your day-to-day professional tasks, you are part of our development as a modern Tax‑Tech company and contribute to exciting projects on digitization, processes, people & skills, and organization
Requirements
You have a completed vocational qualification in tax consultancy, human resources, or a relevant university degree; further training such as certified payroll accountant or specialist in payroll and salaries is a plus
You have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a tax firm
You bring solid knowledge of payroll and social security law
You are confident using DATEV (Lohn und Gehalt or LODAS)
You are interested in technology, digitalization, and innovation in tax consultancy
You work in a structured and reliable manner
You are motivated to develop and take on responsibility
You communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with clients
You are a team player
