About this role
Role Overview
Design, build and continuously optimize AI-powered service journeys for Sennheiser consumers
Identify opportunities to automate the consumer journey
Build scalable structures and automation for product and service knowledge
Monitor AI performance and analyze unresolved consumer interactions
Enable effective collaboration between people and AI
Partner with Business IT, digital teams and external vendors
Drive responsible AI adoption
Requirements
Experience with AI-enabled customer service solutions such as chatbots, automation platforms
Experience working with Zendesk
Strong understanding of consumer journeys and omnichannel service ecosystems
Ability to translate consumer and business needs into practical AI use cases
Strong analytical skills and experience using KPIs and performance data
Excellent English communication skills
German language skills are an advantage
