Design and implement robust, enterprise-grade TOSCA & INT4 automation frameworks and custom utilities.
Direct responsibility of automation engineers.
Define automation best practices, folder structures, and naming conventions to ensure consistency across decentralized teams.
Orchestrate seamless integration of TOSCA with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools.
Automation environment setup, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting.
Work with CISO group and tool vendors to remediate vulnerabilities detected.
Scale Automation with UI and API / Virtual Services automation approach.
Own and optimize automation integration with DevOps toolchain.
Define and govern standards and framework for consistent adoption of automation across the enterprise.
Act as a subject matter expert for TOSCA Commander, Distributed Execution (DEX), and Test Data Management (TDM).
Ability to plan and execute automation strategies, backlogs and roadmaps using project management methodologies.
Guide and train junior automation engineers to maintain high quality and delivery standards.

Hands-on experience managing virtual machines, environment setups, license administration, and system performance monitoring.
Practical knowledge of integrating TOSCA automation into DEX, qTest.
Experience in Python for automation scripts, system utilities, and custom TOSCA extensions.
Working knowledge of INT4, API, and service virtualization tools for integrated testing.
Understanding of on-prem and cloud-based execution environments (AWS, Citrix).
TOSCA certifications (e.g., AS1, AS2, AE1, TDS1).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, or a related field.
