Role Overview
- Lead the strategic and operational planning of statistical contributions to Development Plans and Regulatory Strategy
- Represent AZ and Statistics to Health Authorities and Reimbursement/Payer Organizations
- Investigate and implement statistical approaches
- Ensure drug projects are successfully delivered in terms of scientific leadership and resourcing
Requirements
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or related data science majors
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements
- Experience of regulatory interactions and/or submissions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Collaborative mindset for working with R&D China & Global.
- Leadership skills to lead and direct project work.
