Provides Compliance advice and support within specific functions, departments, or product areas.
May focus on particular aspects of compliance considerations, such as commercial contract, licensing, privacy, data management, safety, security, etc.
Performs legislative and policy research, advising internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines.
Works with functional / operational teams to ensure understanding of and adherence to relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
May assist with RFP response review, third-party due diligence or other compliance activity.
May serve as liaison with state, local and other authorities to file documentation, ascertain approvals and request information and opinions.
Works with product, sales, marketing and other teams to identify, understand and address risks associated with ongoing business operations.
Develops risk-specific mitigation strategies and supports their implementation.

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
