Generating and distributing tracking and action codes while ensuring their correct implementation and functionality.
Uploading, testing, and monitoring creatives within ad servers.
Creating and collecting screenshots and campaign proofs when required.
Monitoring campaign tracking solutions and measurement implementations while coordinating with media partners, clients, and creative agencies as needed.
Tracking campaign delivery and performance to ensure campaigns are running according to plan.
Managing campaign-related administration and monitoring campaign billing processes and associated documentation.
Preparing campaign reports and supporting cross-department reporting activities.
Monitoring landing page analytics and campaign performance data where access is available.
Collaborating closely with Front Office and Planning teams to identify and support cross-media opportunities.
Supporting the preparation of client-facing materials, analyses, and presentations together with team leads.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, research findings, and technological developments through continuous professional learning.
Providing regular updates and reporting to direct management.
Requirements
2-4+ years of experience in digital campaign management, ad operations, campaign trafficking, or a similar digital marketing role.
Hands-on experience with ad serving platforms and campaign setup processes.
Familiarity with industry-leading ad servers is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including campaign tracking, measurement solutions, creative management, and performance monitoring.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot campaign delivery, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Experience in campaign reporting , performance analysis, and campaign administration.
Confident MS Office user, particularly in Excel – creating reports, managing datasets, and using core functions comes naturally to you.
Excellent organizational skills , attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with clients , media partners, creative agencies, and internal teams.
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken .
Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn about new technologies, industry trends, and digital media innovations.
