Problem resolution for software and hardware issues.
Managing all support requests through to resolution.
Maintaining documentation.
Ensure compliance to all IT support procedures.
Maintaining appropriate user access to application software.
Perform user account administration.
PC / Mac operating system builds.
Training with in house workflow system.
Ensuring all boardrooms are switched on and working every day.
Training new starters in email platform, workflow system and server access.
Registering new users and basic in house training on internal systems (Havas specific training only, not application training)
Requirements
A genuine passion for Information Technology is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience in a customer service role would be highly regarded
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build and maintain good relationships, both with clients and within the agency
Self motivated, team player, flexible, tolerant, enthusiastic and fun
Basic to good understanding of all products to be supported.
Apple, Windows, Server, network administration and troubleshooting skills
