Perform receptionist-style duties, including receiving calls from existing clients or third parties and transferring them to the appropriate department or team member.
Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads (no cold calling).
Gather complete and accurate information from callers and process client sign-ups.
Answer a high volume of inbound calls following a structured script.
Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to maximize successful signings.
Meet monthly KPIs related to call volume, follow-up activity, and completed sign-ups.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in client-facing roles or customer service.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and VoIP tools.
