Role Overview
- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
- Provides guidance and training to develop crew
- Sets performance standards and reviews performance
- Oversees sales and lead generation strategy for Retail
- Develops coaching culture in sales
- Provides ongoing coaching for team growth
- Recognizes special skills and provides feedback
- Monitors crew calls for coaching purposes
- Participates in the sales process
- Answers calls and manages book of cases
- Develops business and sales related goals
- Works with peers and sales professionals
Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
- Prior experience in sales and business development organization preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration 7, 66, 24 (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC)
